Hidden on St Anne’s Court, just off Dean Street, Aulis is exclusively limited to eight guests. Each evening it offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, in which a series of dishes are cooked in front of you and explained at every stage.
It is Simons way of inviting you behind the scenes to share insider knowledge about his philosophy, where a deep respect for nature and the wild meets cutting edge technique, imagination and passion.

Our tasting menu is priced at £155. We also offer a selection of wine pairings and drinks packages for our guests to choose from, which are charged separately on the night.
